Fittings for air hoses…

I recently bought a water filter and a longer hose to attach to my air compressor. To make all the pieces work together I needed a coupler with female ends. Ended up going to my local auto parts store and they pulled one off their shelf and it cost me 6 bucks. Used it today and it worked perfectly. It was an M10x1.0 if anyone is interested.

Now my air is dryer, I have a long enough hose to more conveniently fill my guns and I have a longer female coupler that attaches to my guns, especially handy on my Impact!

Sounds like a good deal, especially finding it locally, if it’s rated for the pressure.

I'm sure you verified the proper high pressure air rating before use, however, for those purchasing similar items from auto or hardware stores, be aware you're using a time bomb if the item is not specifically rated for the very high air pressures our hobby requires. WM

Not a chance, I stop at 250 on my impact.
