First Time Air Rifle Owner - Air Venturi Avenger

Got an Avenger .25 for Christmas. Just before Christmas I found out we have a Gun Shop that supports the Air Gun Community here in Alaska, Alaska Shooting Specialties. Dave is a great guy and welcomed me to the Air Rifle Community ( Didn't realized that there was one.) He filled my gun (no charge even tho i didn't get the gun from him) and it wouldn't hold pressure and overnight it drained to -0- pressure. Took it to him ( he actually texted the next morning saying he woke up wondering about the gun) he filled it, dry fired for about a dozen shots then refilled the gun, all no charge. The next morning the tank was still at 4k so I am excited to send some lead down to paper soon. Dave at Alaska Shooting Specialty is an awesome dude and I can't wait to hang out with the Air community this spring when the temps are more conducive to out doors play.

Congrats! That was me last Month. ( .25 cal. ) Nice gun ! I did not last long before pulling the trigger and bought a beauty. My New AGT Uragon in .30 arrives tomorrow. I am keeping the Avenger, though. Dave

You are not kidding. Got my Avenger ( .25) 3 weeks ago. After a compressor was purchased, I said what the hell? I might as well get a high end rifle, too. ( my new AGT Uragon .30 arrives tomorrow ) Enjoying learning about all the aspects of the sport. Dave

I also have the yong heng like the pic above. Amazon prime day for $220. Money well spent. Good oil is the key to survival. Stupid expensive stuff, but worth it. You only need about 6 - 8 oz. Fills my Benjamin Armada in about 70 seconds, my 20 cu. ft bottle about 20 mins. Add a good filter for water \ air separation. Also from Amazon $60.00
