First shots - Benjamin Armada

Okay, so, I've gotten past the butt stock of the Armada - not the end of the world, and the rest of the gun is just plain awesome. Ive made peace with it.

I set up a Shoot N See target on my usual backstop, zeroed the scope, and shot it down to 2000psi. I took this video of the results.

Those of you who are familiar with the jump from .177 to .25 ought to know where this is going...

You are going to need some steel for that gun. I use 1/4 inch. 1/8 just bends up to much.

It is weird to me that something so quiet can be so powerful. My old pcp wasnt moderated at all and sounded like a cannon. I dont know if you plan to hunt with it but wait til you hit something. Holy moly. There is no mistaking it. The 25 packs a wallop for sure. Good luck and build a good backstop if you have close neighbors.

I'm with you crittahitta, I have a .177 rws springer with 1100fps and a .25 fx impact 900fps and shoot spinner targets. the 177 swings it but the 25 makes it flip multiple times and the pellet impact is louder than the guns report.
