First Rabbits with PP700SA

Got a couple rabbits the other night. Shooting around 650 ish fps, found 1 pellet that didn't pass all the way through, kinda thought it would of expanded alittle more, was around 30 yards. Might have to try a different kind once these are gone.

30 yards with an air gun pistol... impressive! What type of sight is that?

Funny thing is that I have LOTS of rabbits on my property, but I don't shoot them. They are not pests. They don't destroy my property and I have actually named some of them. Just like Doves that get used to being around human beings, they don't even run away when I approach, but sit very still. Rabbits (imho) think if they do not move you can't see them... at least until you get too close! LOL!

Nice shooting with a pistol unrested in ANY case! I certainly could not do it! Well, maybe in my youth...

Oops, I don't think you said whether you used a rest or not did you?

Thanks, I was shooting with a rest which helps a lot, have also been practicing a lot shooting at 25 yards. The sight I have on there is the vortex venom 3 moa. This pistol has been super accurate so far. As for shooting rabbits they make a great meal and have super nice pelts when I tan them. If I can I try to use as much as I can when hunting.
