First Groundhogs of the year with the Ghost

It was a little windy today, so I decided to give the Starlings a rest and decided to go out and do some groundhog hunting with my .22 caliber Ghost HP.
I had a pretty good day and got these two. One at 30yds. and the other at 28yds.

Thanks....I am shooting the JSB 25.39gr. redesigned shallow pellets. Both were head shots, and they thumped them pretty good.

Thanks..The farmer told me where the one was, and I set up behind a big piece of farm equipment and waited a very long hour and a half and he
finally came out. He was really happy I got it and the other one too.

Thanks....The young ones are definitely out now as I did see two yesterday and my cousin said he got one a while back.

Have you had the chance to try the monster hades yet? My impact is a slug gun now but it shoots mrd pretty well and it loves monster hades for "lower" fpe work. Somewhere around 54fpe because I can't go lower.

Yes, I have shot the monster hades and several other pellets as well and they shot ok but the JSB 25.39gr redesigned shallows shot the best out of my Ghost.
I have shot them at different velocities and get the best accuracy at 930 fps.
