Yep, whatever it takes to get em into range, and no Gov regs/limits on fly shooting "yet". At least not until the fly huggers find out, lol.

That is some crack shooting at 25 yards with that .177 for sure! And good riddance to those aggravating bugs. You're a brave man to hunt in so close to those vicious creatures. Hope you had someone watching your 6 to prevent sneak attacks.

whyzee try using some poppy seed instead of salt, it gives you a little more range! And steve123, I know exactly what you mean, my Theoben has a 50x scope and you see everything. One day I shot the head off of a fly and it flew straight up in a crazy pattern, it was over the lawn and I saw just where it fell next to the target. And I actually found it with no head. And it was at a full 15 yards!! lol! Such fun to be a retired old fool!
