Finished CFR project

Almost finished with the CFR project. Just need to finish the bedding and some other touch up work. Made a nice alternative to a custom lathed spring guide as well. Metal even.

Thank you. I didn’t think of that but ya it does. I’m real life not so much. It’s a deep blue. I just suck at taking pics. I’m pretty happy with it. It twanged hard at first until I reduced some preload and put the piston sleeve in and made that spring guide. Everyone on the net advised a heat shrink over the existing plastic spring guide and I didn’t like that idea so found a metal sleeve to go over it and sanded it to a good fit. It’s almost able to pass the pellet challenge that I saw someone else post. Where they put a pellet on the scope turret and shoot the gun to see if the pellet falls off.
