I had a lot of trouble with my tx not shooting good velocity only around 770 fps with vortek pg4ho kit, tried everything new seals piston and breech pulled the comp tube end cap off re sealed it with no success . always around 770 fps. tried new spring every thing I could think of it was driving me nuts. lol
So I ordered a new comp tube from Pyramid air good service.
I put he new comp tube in with new piston seal and new breech seals and is now shooting 850 to 860 fps and is a dream to shoot.
I also had a diana48 177 barrel from awhile ago and machined it to fit my pro sport so my pro sport is now 177cal instead of .22 cal.The barrel is 12" long compared to the 9" pro sport barrel and it shoots Wonderfull but a bit twangy work on that latter maybe another vortek pg4ho kit I do like the way they shoot.
