Finally both RAW HM1000X .25 and .22 upgradation completed pic heavy

Dear Friends, 

Now both my RAW HM1000 .25 and .22 are upgraded.

Upgrades include;

1. Anti hammer bounce device

2. High efficiency and high power peek valve

3. Regulator design a bit changed

4. Regulator sealing seat in made of peek

5. External plenum installed 

6. Reg pressure 145 bars

7. In .25 the hammer weight reduced by 10 gram

8. Various transfer ports of various sizes

9. O ring based sealing in breach and pellet probe

10. O rings installed in inner stem of pellet probe

11. Custom moderators 

12. A bit harder valve return spring

13. BSA old stock barrels installed 

Results 

.25 34 grain jsb at min hst 880fps and at max hst 970 fps

.22 25 grain jsb redesigned pellets at min hst 865fps and at max hst 1000fps. 

Consistency is very good.

Bucketboy helped me a lot in valve design, anti hammer bounce device and improving the regulator design.

Dear Lewis,

I would love to do so but I am not a professional tuner. I do my job in company as a professional accountant. 

This is my hobby that made me do all this to my both RAW guns.

It took me more than 2 years to reach to this point of modifications. Everything is done when I got time and funds. Also when I felt confident that I can do it and can reap the benefits. 

I do tuning of pcp guns of my friends only.

I have also developed after market parts for fx impact including stainless steel external plenum. 

All this is a very time consuming work further as I myself am not a machinist, I seek help of top quality machinists to execute what I plan.

Further as I live in Pakistan, receiving funds here for such kind of parts may attract interest of certain nonsense type law enforcement authorities. 

If you are in US or UK I can refer you to such tuners who will tune and modify your gun to your needs.

External plenum on RAW is a big leap. Otherwise everything that I have done has contributed to where my guns stand today which is much ahead of stock RAW guns.

I just checked and I get 70 regulated shots at 61 ftlb with 34 grain jsb in .25.

Extreme spread is 15fps but 60 shots in single digit extreme spread
