So today my .30 wildcat was dropped off by the big brown truck and I could not be more pleased! Let me back up a little,my first pcp like many of us was a marauder .25 and I absolutely fell in love with PCPs because of it,and after a year or so of watching teds vids and shooting every chance I could I ordered a Wildcat.25 and it was a long 4 week wait for the first shipment to get to the states, my wildcat has exceeded my expectation and after thousands of rounds down range it still performs flawlessly, then I ran across a really good deal on an FX Boss and really had a good time shooting the .30 cal and took a bunch wood chucks an crows out past a hundred yds with it,but it was just to big to carry around in the field so I only shot it off my deck ,and because I hardly ever used it I sold it,.then the impact came out and I was fired up again put down my deposit and waited for it to come in, unfortunately me and the Impact had a rocky time together and after the barrel retention screw incident I sent that .30 down the road also...it was just not for me,so I waited for a .30 bobcat to come up for sale used and I finally found a beautiful one that was in like new condition and while it was a tack driver it was also to heavy for me to carry around but I was enjoying the heck out of it...... and then came the news from EBR that the.30 wildcat was coming and I was excited at the possibility of what it might be,and today all my Prayers were answered the .30 wildcat is just what I have been waiting for,I have not spent a lot of time shooting it ,but so far I am very pleased,it’s light, unbelievable quiet, and hole in hole at fifty yards, that’s all I had time for before I lost the light ,but so far I am really pleased with this gun,if weather permits I will stretch her out tomorrow, but so far the .30 FX Wildcat is a winner.
