Filling issue??

That seem about right. 187 bar is right up where 2900 psi give or take. The av tank is regulated for only 2900 psi so people don't overfill. Just cause the av tank holds 4500 psi doesn't mean it will fill your gun 3000-4500 psi. Cause it's regulated for only 2900 psi maximum fill. Always do your research before you buy so you don't go, why why why...

has it right. 187bar is 2712 or so psi so your fill is complete as far as a 3K psi regulator is concerned. It's not unusual for gauges or regs to be off a little. Air Venturi has high output valves on some of their tanks that will fill to whatever is in the tank as well. If we had a pic or link it would be a good thing.

This one is regulated

This one is not

It is the one that is not regulated. When I got it filled this morning...it was very warm..indicating a fast fill..once it cooled down the pressure went down...does that sound plausible?

Is it possible that the tank was not filled to 4500 psi???

That would be my next guess since you have an unregulated fill. The warm might account for 100-200psi but not 1500-1600psi. Most places will only fill to 3K very few fill all the way to 4500psi
