Fill hose Delrin washer size

Hi guys,
I over tightened the brass fitting and ruined the delrin washer. Anyone know what size is the washer? Thanks.

They're cheap & plentiful on Aliexpress. About 7.5mm diameter. I've got a bunch. I'd be happy to send you some. Should get to you in a couple or 3 days. PM me.

Consider yourself fortunate! These should be inexpensive and abundant, but they are not. They are hard to source. I'm pretty sure these have a special name, but I do not know what it is. Without that name, it is very hard to do a search. Please share your source. Also your experience is very common. These things fail because of gasket creep, just as your's did. I have made these from various different material like Delrin, HDPE and Teflon. They are NOT equivalent! Teflon is much better at resisting creep.

If you go to Aliexpress & search "Nylon washers for PCP fill hose" you'll find them. Have to look past a few to find correct ones. DON'T overtighten, just enough to get a proper, leak proof seal.
