Fill air cylinder instructions please.

Right, so the gun had instructions ,the hand pump had instructions, the compressor had instructions, but the "omega cylinder with HP3 valve", not a stich of info on how to use. Seems strange to me but not to the retailer, who hadn't bothered to torque the valve on or test the unit before sending, but thats another story.....

So , if the gun operates at a high of 250 bar and low of 150 bar, do I fill the omega cylinder to 250 bar? Keep going to 300 bar? I mean , what are the instructions?

It is the difference in pressure between the tank and the gun that allows for filling the gun, The greater that difference between the tank pressure and the max. gun fill pressure the more fills you will get out of the tank. Once the pressure in the tank is lower than the max. gun fill pressure you will no longer get a complete fill in the gun. The working pressure of the tank will tell you its max. fill pressure. However, the test pressure and burst pressure of the tank will be much greater than the working pressure for safety. Hopefully, the working pressure of your tank will be higher than the max. fill pressure of your gun. I have a 6.8L tank with a working pressure of 300 bar. In filling my gun to 250 bar I will get roughly 6 fills.
