... If you're in the market for a Field Target Scope and wondering about pricing, this is it...

NB: Do NOT touch the S&B FTII yet, until all reviews come back on UK forums...even if you have a hole burning in your pocket with $$$$ that you are keen to drop...there is supposedly a version Mk II , V 2.0 being fine tuned (ie: the Mk II has the new sidewheel magnet attachment, and this scope was supposed to have fixed POI issues from the original Mk I (which only came in Silver) launched some 10 years back - a paperweight classic, with few exceptions- some still used; but a fiasco as it used inferior glass compared to say the PMII ; so when they launched the new Improved Mk II about 3 years ago (call it V 1.0) characterised with this magnetic sidewheel ...no surprise..It still had some big issues, and a non seller in the FT world

Since then, S&B have reworked and have apparently a vastly improved version Mk II, V 2.0 - some of these are being tested and used by competitors for feedback to S&B - so when you see a picture with that scope...It may not be the full readied Retail version...
