I went to the range to test my Diana 48. There is something wrong with my scope. Kinda got a fish eye look to it and it won’t hold zero.

Scope eaters !!!!! Your not alone sadlyI went to the range to test my Diana 48. There is something wrong with my scope. Kinda got a fish eye look to it and it won’t hold zero.
The 510 is a left side loader but the S500XS loads from the rightThat is what I was about to do before I bought my HFT that is modified. The 510 was actually in my cart to purchase when someone mentioned the magazine is loaded from the left side and interferes with the side wheel. The 500 is a single shot that I personally like better. I think the HFT trigger is better but I’m not sure about that. I’m sure the 500 trigger is fantastic.
Just get a solid springer rated scopeThis is with a 19 ft lb spring. I think I might go to a 12 ft kb spring and a different scope.
I get ya, but, is the leupold springer rated? It is a good Leopold scope. Not sure what’s going on. The recoil is annoying. And I think with a 12 ft lb spring the gun will be shooting under powered and very stable. It has nothing to do with the scope.
maybe leupold has a lifetime warranty like Athlon? or Sightron?I will have to check, I’m sure it is. It has never been on anything but a springer for the last ten years . I took it off a 22 springer I decided to shoot open sight.
