Recently we have seen allot of negatives towards the shooting community. I feel strongly about being a member of the NRA, I've been a life member for some time. We as shooting sports members can stand together to support the fight against ANY attacks on our Second Amendment rights.

I personally have set a goal of 10 friends and family that I'm purchasing the $10 for one year Associate Membership to the NRA. With their permission of course. I'm asking you good folks to consider doing the same.

The NRA is becoming soft, as evidenced by their current willingness to compromise. As I understand it, If you've been a member longer than 5 years or you're a life member, you have the right to vote in NRA board elections. We need younger blood on the board to balance out the white collar, cigar smoking, trap and pheasant hunting fogies.

Adam Kraut is such a man, currently running for the board. Give him a consideration.
