Krale just sent over a P8X in all of 48 hours from order to my doorstep in MA. A couple weeks ago I hatched a plan to sell my last Model 65 and my P40 and upgrade to what would be my first factory fresh FWB product. Both were rebuilt by me and sold Quickly on EBay producing enough funds to pay for the P8X. I have owned six Model 65s and have shot them quite a lot. As good as they shoot, I found it easy to get better results with the 2004 vintage P40. As good as both of the vintage models shoot the P8X is honestly on a different level. The difference is the trigger, it is considered by many to be the best mechanical trigger available and the equal of electronic offerings from the competition. I only have 23 feet available in my basement front sight to target so I use 10 meter rifle targets as they are considerably smaller than pistol targets. 50 shots on three targets and the few times I was outside of the black were obvious screw ups by this less than great freehand shooter. These things really are getting better as I have never attained those results with any of the earlier models.
