Feeling Good about my pellet supply

I was down to my last 2500 pellets... so it was time to stock up again. This lockdown has me going through a tin a week, just making sure I had enough to retain sanity. An order to Trenier for the JSBs and AAs and a trip to the local Tractor Supply for the Crosman Premiers my main plinking pellets.

Yep. Been shooting my Huben quite a bit lately and was running low so placed an order from PA this morning for 32 tins .22 cal 25 gr JSB plus 6 tins of crosmans. Still have a pretty good selection of 15 and 18 gr JSB on hand plus a bunch of .25's and don't even own a .25 right now.

My buddies were at house a few weeks back before this virus hit and I showed them my pellet stash. They thought I had a problem.

Thanks for the response. I looked for bulk purchases and struck out. I suspect the damage to the pellets, particularly the skirts, would be significant if just shipped in bags or boxes of 25lbs or so. I do use high grade match pellets in 10M rifles and 10M pistols, but during out present confinement I have been shooting my Steyr LP5 a lot indoors at my house. It has a 5 shot magazine and I bought 3 extra cylinders for a total of 5. It lets me shoot for a long time before I have to retreat to the garage to refill the cylinders. I am buying targets by the 100. I am just shooting Crosman wadcutters because they are cheap for what I am doing but used up all the tins in town and have been ordering the "pint milk carton" of 1250. I will just scale back the bulk component of the pellet quest and just buy more tins/cartons. It is all good.

I only have 11,000 pellets right now, but I have a backup plan. One of the local wallyworld stores has a full rack of .22 CPHP's. They are in a community where just the word gun out loud offends 99% of the population, so there is little chance of selling out. Hopefully our local range will open up again. That's where I get my good pellets and accessories.
