Lol that used to dive me crazy when I 1st got into PCPs 15 years ago, Since I was a kid i was taught from day one never look down a barrel of a gun,With my PCPs I used to check my gauges with a mirror .pressure gauge that i can see without looking down the barrel

An ,off to the side view will put an errant pellet (that SHOULDN"T be loaded anyway !), or air blast, way off to the side of your head.
