Put a red lens light on the Leshiy, scored these 2 right away and then a possum showed and shut down the action. The possum is my backyard garbage disposal so he gets to live. That is the fattest rat I have ever killed!

Great shots on both with your Leshiy 2, especially on that fattie! Nice pics. Like you, I give the garbage disposal possums a pass even though when they are around the rats stay away.

Totally agree that rat is a FATTY!!!! Too many cheeses balls and some lead did him in. @bckyrdsnpr52 you are just using the red light set up for the rats?

Black paw, this is what I'm using.
wanted to try this first before dropping 600 bucks on a cheap night vision scope. It works good enuff for my backyard escapades!

I’m going to try the red light too. Found a rat at 6 feet and obviously IR scope was useless. Maybe a red light and a laser? I need to tacticool out my 1701 @3fpe for CQB!
