Well this is a first for me. Ive got a .30 barrel that doesnt seem to care for the nsa factory lube. After 10 shots under 1/2 moa accuracy, it goes south. 100 yard groups go from 1/2” to 1” and holds 2” after that and stays there. I can clean, accuracy is back and then degrades again. Running a dry patch im getting a very dirty and sticky patch. I decided to acetone 20 slugs and accuracy held great. This is the FIRST barrel Ive used that didnt like it. Anyone know what kind of lube or wax it is? 65.5gr .30 at 1000 fps.
