Eyeglasses or not?

I’m near sighted so I must wear my glasses all the time to see my flags etc. so head placement is crucial for FT or hunting etc. “cheek piece” and when I shoot Benchrest my gun is in the rest I don’t touch the gun except for the trigger finger so with the high power scope I must move my head in a small circle to make sure I’m parallax free

I can't see my fingers distance without reading glasses.
Tried bifocals and progressive and don't like em for anything else but night driving my car - not to get a speeding ticket.
During day time I don't wear glasses, just cannot stand them and this how I built my daily routines around strategic points in the house.
At the bench on and off is my drill and pretty emotional, the glasses gettin greasy so fast .

I need my progressives for reading and fine print. I leave them on for shooting. Partly for safety and partly for convenience
