EXTREMELY SLOW RECOVERY REG 2 IMPACT M3!!!!

Hola, tengo un problema que no se como solucionar. Tengo un M3 cuyo REGULADOR N°2 tarda unos 20 segundos en recuperarse.

He probado las siguientes configuraciones pero el problema persiste:

1.- REG. REG N°1 a 150 BAR + REG N°2 a 125 BAR + MACRO 1 a 15 + MICRO 1 a 3.5. Nota: Solo a partir de la configuración MACRO 16 se normaliza y empieza a recuperarse rápidamente, tardando entre 3 a 5 segundos.

2.- REG. REG N°1 A 180 BAR + REG N°2 A 140 BAR + MACRO 1 a 15 + MICRO 1 a 4.5. Nota: Solo en la configuración MACRO 16 y MICRO 5 se normaliza y empieza a recuperarse rápidamente tardando entre 3 a 5 segundos.

Noté que en ambas pruebas el REG. N°2 se recupera rápido en MACRO 16 y MICRO 3.5 cuando REG. 2 está a 125 BAR y en MICRO 5 cuando REG. N°2 está a 140 BAR. Es decir, con la tensión del martillo al máximo.

Ambas pruebas se realizaron con REG. N°1 en esta dirección ))()()()()()()()()))) y en esta dirección (())))((()))(())), sin embargo , el problema persiste. Además, aproveché para cambiar oring y pulir con 3M de 800, 1200, 4000 los pistones, pero nada sirvió.

Además, no he instalado ninguno de los dos espaciadores del kit de alimentación en el martillo.

Habiendo dicho lo anterior, ¿cuál cree que es la causa de la recuperación extremadamente lenta que estoy sufriendo en el REG? n°2????

try changing the differential pressure between the 1st and 2nd reg to 50 bar. maybe even a touch higher. .

Creo que debes aumentar la diferencia entre reguladores, prueba el primer regulador en 170 bar... la solución definitiva es cambiar los pistones de los reguladores por unos de mayor flujo...
Da la impresión que en niveles bajos de potencia, selector en 1 a 5 para 125 bar, el consumo de aire del plenum es menor...
