Having a hard time finding a bag adequate in widtH to fit an Airforce talon and scope. Does anyone have any soft bag recommendations that are extra wide? 
Yes, that was always a problem for me. The soft case was the right length but not high enough to hold a scope on high rings with a sidewheel. The case was not wide enough or high enough to comfortably fit my airgun/scope combination. Turns out you need about a 12" interior height from butt stock to top of scope.
The answer was a very sturdy and well designed bag by Savior. (Lots of pockets, extra zippered compartments, etc. They make single and double rifle bags in a number of sizes and colors. Amazon has them, but not always at the best price. Found Costco, of all places, to have the best deal. Google around and see what you can find, but I highly recommend this soft rifle case.
