Extending FX Impact's Quick Connect adapter

I've recently aquired an FX Impact in .25cal, and it's been a great rifle to shoot out of box for me. But when it comes to fill, I've found the quick connect fill adapter is awkward and inside of the body too much to hook up to my compressor.

My question is where do you get an adapter (and what kind) to extend the foster fitting out in order to make it easier to connect to tank or compressor directly. Thanks!!

It should have come with a adapter extension type I also see that the brocock has a different type deal where you put it on there and just put it into and it stays on.

Ah! Thanks for the tip. I haven't looked twice in the case since I've taken it out. I will look for the adapter extension tonight once I get home.

Hmm, not sure if it will work as the overall diameter seems to be thick to fit on the impact. This is the current problem I am having dealing with a rather big foster fitting from my compressor.

Well, I took my drill press to the aluminum and enlarged the hole on both sides. Still not perfect, but I can fill from any tank and release the connector without having to carry around another piece that elongates the fill port. It ain't pretty, but I'll take function over looks... .

Yes I have one and it works great. So much better.
