Explosive Pellets

Years ago I bought some "exploding" pellets from someone that made them on one of the airgun forums, They were homemade with some type of chemical substance glued into a hollow point and shaped like a dome pellet. When you hit a solid target there was a small bang and flash. They we not dangerous or extreme and were actually fun. I haven't seen any in years.
Has anyone ever come across these? I would love to get my hands on a few or learn how to build them myself.

I'm thinking the little snap cap rolls might work they would be audible but most likely not very visible....only one way to find out though

I think the "kwintor flash" on ebay might be what you are thinking of? They're not really exploding, but they have a tiny firework on the nose that makes a noise on impact.

I have seen the ones on EBAY and these are not them. The ones I remember were homemade domed lead pellets. Wish I knew how to recreate them.

You can easily make them using any hollow point type pellet. I don't know how much info I'm comfortable giving out on it though.
