Experiance buying from tuxing? *UPDATE*

I went and placed and order on a 2cyl comp 28.july.
After a week (4.aug) the status was "waiting for shipping".

I sent an mail and asked whats taking so long and got an answer that they wanted to send from an EU warehouse so the wait time was kept to a minimum, and that there was 1 in store in czech warehouse that needed customs clearance before shipping.

I sent a New mail 4days ago (19.aug)
asking for a refund since it still not sent, and got a reply that they would ship this week if i just waited a few more days.

Now this said week are coming to and end soon (saturday) and its still not sent.

What kind a bs is this Company?

Don’t know about your country but in the USA they ship from California.
I have 4 Tuxing tanks and a twin compressor plus other stuff. I’ve been real happy with the service
and prices. I ordered my twin 042 from Aliexpress and it arrived in a week for $360.
Ive got a GXcs4i also that is rarely used now because of the superiority of the Tux.

After 5 weeks of excuses for not sending and a straight up lie i did a refund through paypal.
The prosess is kinda wonky but tuxing offerd me 0.10€ in refund for a compressor i paid 288€ in the first place.
What a bunch of crap, this feels like a scam all the way from the beginning now and i tought tuxing was a known and well proved Company?
I declined the offer ofcourse, and 1 day later paypal approved full refund.

Put in a order on same comp from vevor yesterday and it already sent today so Im so mad at myself for dragging this out for 5 weeks.
