Just wanted to shout out to what great customer service I had with Crosman. I purchased a .22 cal Akela thru my local gun shop. The Akela was ordered through RSR group, when the rifle was delivered we opened the box and found their was a crack in the pistol grip of the stock. No damage had occurred during shipping, the crack looked like the wood was dried out. A call to Crosman was made and they had us send a pic of the crack, 30 mins after sending the pic I received an email with my UPS tracking number for the replacement stock! I was also allowed to keep the stock with the crack because it had amazing figured grain and that the new stock most likely would not have such nice grain.
I was very surprised to have such good customer service and handling the issue so quickly. I am considering buying the Benjamin Recharge compressor and after dealing with Crosman it has eased my mind about buying the compressor
