Clean your barrel, I have I have 10 high end (to me) PCP rifles , Sometimes I lose track on what's been cleaned and when,,
Just a few pulls with my cleaning supply's and the WOW is back,

Sounds like good advice. Also it doesn't take too much to make the scope shift. Depending on range even the
smallest shift can throw it off

I totally agree with the OP. Some barrels need cleaning more than others. A few, like my Taipan Vet and Cricket Carbine, rarely ever need cleaning. Then there are others, like my EVOL 15" .22, that need a good cleaning every 3-400 rounds. You can literally see the accuracy start to drop off and it can take a good 15+ pull throughs to get it clean - and then two full mags to lead the barrel back up.

Also found that if you switch between different ammo brands, or go between pellets and slugs, you need to clean more often.

I use a drop of Ballistol on the cotton pads. Definitely get a lot more gunk out with it. Dry pull throughs will appear clean after a few runs, but add some cleaning liquid of you choice and it becomes clear it was not.

Two good examples...before and after cleaning...Bobcat Mk2 .25 and a Huntsman Regal .20...The Huntsmam groups were off a bench the Bobcat was off my knee. Been using MP-5 my entire airgun career to clean and wipe down. Groups at 30yds.

I use ballistol been know to use WD 40 also when I am not going to use the gun in a few weeks , Ok OK I do not recommend anyone using WD 40 , OK, But I am careful with it and know what I am doing , My 177 calibers need more cleaning than the 22 and 25 and the 30 is really never shot, Let me explain about the 177 caliber guns , I rotate my guns each gets a week of shooting , My Uragan I may air it up twice in a week, Thats over a THOUSAND , (1000) shots , I may air up my Prophet 177 with 700cc bottle twice a week , Thats well over a thousand shots , my Vulcan gets over 160 shots per fill and I may fill it up three times, My Mutants, Crickets 22 get about 30 shots per fill and I may fill them up five times, My Veteran 25 gets about 25 shots per fill and I may fill it up five times , Do the math people .
Lots of little 177 pellets go down range , I do not shoot slugs ,,, YET

I use ballistol also, alternating wet and dry until the patches come out clean. The LW barrel on my Atomic and Pathfinder clean up quickly, approximately 5 wet, 5 dry, done.

I know and apply this but sometimes I think it is more like "If you wish your gun would shoot better clean it". I've cleaned guns a lot of times when the only real problem was my shooting. But with ballistol and pulling patches through with a plastic cord, it doesn't real hurt the barrel to get extra cleanings. My P35-22 (my most accurate PCP) started giving me erratic fliers. Nothing terrible but shots were sometimes 1/4 inch or more from where I was holding at 30 yards. My other guns do this but not the P35-22. So I cleaned it. Back to putting them consistently where I aim. I also noticed I had to adjust the scope after cleaning. I reset zero so I will hopefully notice when I start having to make scope adjustments and clean the gun instead.
