Evanix Rainstorm Replacement Air Cylinder

Does anyone know where to get a new air cylinder for the Evanix Rainstorm? I have a cylinder that it going to be out of date late next year.

I have sent multiple emails to Evanix over the past couple of months with no response. It is hard to put my faith in buying another Evanix if they won't reply at all.

The rainstorm has the date on the tube and from my understanding the tubes should not be used after 10 years. I know Ataman does the same thing.
