I was driving through a rural area and spotted a group of Starlings on a telephone line. Driving underneath, I opened my sunroof and shot this Starling with my modified Crosman .22 Cal pistol carbine. Unfortunately, the others flew away

That is hilarious! Makes me want to build a rotating turret for the back of my truck and cruise the roads around me. Park along a farm field and have at them.

A new form of drive-by shooting — in this case beneficial to society unlike some other forms....
Question: I read an offhanded comment somewhere that airgun bullpups were developed first by Ed of EDgun — because he wanted a shorter gun to shoot out of his car sun roof (pesting).Can someone confirm one or all of these details— or disconfirm this?

I have always wanted a Edgun Matador during the early days of the bullpup air rifles. No idea if car hunting inspired the Edgun.

I have a custom cut/crowned Lothar-Walther barrel installed with a 1 piece carbon fiber shroud/moderator. Enlarged transfer port, trigger work, BStaley mod has this carbine shooting ~700 fps with JSB 14.3 diablo pellets.
