Epic Epic 2 having trouble with pellets

Bought gun little over a year ago. Only shot slugs out of it until last week. Went to shoot pellets, jam. I'm like huh? Pulled barrel, tapped pellet back into mag and removed the mag. For some reason, either the pellet gets misaligned with the breach, or , the mag is misaligned with the probe- after looking at the mag, it is misaligned with the probe and the edge of the probe is catching the thin metal strip that runs between each pellet on the mag. All 3 mags suffer from this. Is there a way to correct without replacing the mags?

Well, as far as I know, there's no problem with the magazines. You forgot to write what caliber, barrel, or type of pellets. What's your accuracy with pellets?
By the way, all the barrels they use there don't have a Chok, so they're primarily slug barrels.

For what it’s worth, 25 cal, 550mm CZ barrel, jsb 34g, polymags, hades.

What magazines are you using? I would send an email to Epic Airguns, https://www.epicairguns.com/#contact , and explain your situation. They have been very resposive to all my email messages. And no, my EpicTwo in .22 cal does not have such an issue.

I have spoken to Dave via text many times. I’m suspecting issues with my mags. Now I purchased this platform in close to initial release. So I’m expecting stuff, and had it with initial regs. Working on valve performance, etc. I know the mags are misaligned a tiny bit, but that’s all it takes. I’m more curious if others have had this experience? Doubt it though. If I don’t get answers here, I’ll reach out to Dave. Mags are epics own.
