Epic Epic 2 flaw

Bought mine March of 24. Loved the operation but struggled with long term consistency. Issue was the bb spring tension on the hammer. Turns out vibration caused the grub screw to back out and thereby release the hammer adjustment to rotate any which way after every shot. It was such a simple silly thing. I added vibra tite to the grub screw instead of locktite by preference. Now assuming it holds, this fine instrument should perform flawlessly. Frankly, it’s a miracle that I shot any 1 MOA groups.

Following with interest. So far my Epic Two has been flawless but I will keep an eye on the piece you have outlined.

I'm guessing the gun needs to be taken apart so that the offending part can be reached and addressed?
No, not at all. If you follow the top rail back right where it ends you see 3 small holes. Grub screw is the center one.

OK, so I've looked where you indicated and found the hole. Not really understanding what is the issue when looking at the schematic. Attached you will find the .pdf and I am looking at parts #27, #29, & # 16 with part #27 being the offending unit. Is this correct? I want to address this potential issue before it causes me grief. Thanks in advance.
