Barrel twist rate. Anyone know what it is? Also R or L handed if that really matters. ( it's an actual question that the app asks . . . )
Thanks

Thanks -- yes I thought about that too (LW v CZ barrel) after I posted. It's marked "CZ" in big bold letters where the barrel connects to the breach. Am I to assume CZ barrel? I looked in the owners manual that comes with the gun but thats pretty sparse . . . I may try searching the mfg / LW / CZ websites to see if I can find anything.
Mine taipan veteran short. 25 also has Cz ingraved but it has lw barrel. I belive Cz stands for Czech Republic where they are made.
@Savag - yes.
@Bledja - that's likely it as I had heard that they (Taipan) had switched to LW's.
... whatever it is - the thing is proving to be a laser!![]()
;-) @Patrick -- lol -- yes thanks. ( guess I should have phrased my question a bit better ) I know what twist rate is - just wondering what this particular barrel's is. ;-) My other two guns - one an Air Arms (.22) and the other a Marauder (.177) - both with LW barrels are 1:16's - or so I've been told via forum members.
Mina taipan veterano corto. 25 también tiene grabado Cz pero tiene lw barril. Creo que Cz significa República Checa, donde se hacen.
Checked my photos and its confirmed that CZ marking is present on even those with LW barrels. Definitely stands for the Czech Republic.

It is a laser for sure. I wish I had a chance to shoot it at 100+ yards. It's a pity I can't get it in India.

Hi savaj
ZC= Česká zbrojovka
CZE= Czech Republic
All the Eastern European brands that use CZ barrells also mount LW, which is why years ago they used CZ in 17 22 and LW 25. In short barrels, CZs are more precise. It's just my opinion based on my airguns
