Emoji's are not working right, Non English characters not Allowed

I got the same notice and didn't even use an Emojii. I ignored it and hit submit and it posted anyway.

Well, for me it doesn't work....

My emojiis are NOT accepted using a standard Android Firefox browser.... Nor another browser I tried for kicks. 



And I have to change my browser if I want to post a picture — our AGN forum apparently rejects the Android Firefox browser.

I'm NOT liking AGN to force more of Google on us....
