Elk Hunting

OK, so I was actually hunting squirrels but I found a complete elk skeleton. I decided to take a shot at the skull to see how well the .25 Marauder would fare pushing JSB King Heavies. As you can see, it went all the way through with no problems. This was from about 25 yards.

Wow. Just goes to show how awesome the new heavies are. Can't wait to get my hands on them.

I wouldn't take the strength of an old dry bone as representative of live bone.

It wasn't completely dried out. Still had some goo inside the brain cavity, but, yeah, I know what you mean.
