Elevation adjustable scope mount/base - why no makers?

I am surprised that with all the aftermarket parts wizarding and such I do not see anyone making an adjustable elevation scope base/mount such as
these:

I see so many complicated and ingenious fabrications by fellow airgunners with a lathe/mill etc... I think there is a market for some simple precision adjustable MOA mounts for under $100.

Oh you want cheap ones. I was going to say those will work on airguns with picatinney rails. Maybe someone will start copying them and make them in China.

The problem with a single-piece scope mount is that it would obstruct the magazine on many PCPs.

In search of cheap, I recently bought these rings from Sun Optics USA. I haven't had them out in the field so I can't say much about them yet. My initial impression is that they serve a different purpose than the FX No Limits rings. The FX rings are for making large elevation adjustments in the field. The Sun Optics rings are for making smaller adjustments in both elevation and windage, but not (easily) in the field.

These Optimizers seem reasonably priced at $168. How accurate is the setting? Repeatable elevation? How much does it weigh?

 You can't use the preset tape it set up for crossbow but it comes with blank tape that you can put your own yardage on based on your guns feet per second very accurate and very repeatable you can adjust accordingly To you Bell curve of your gun I don't use the one I have I sold that gun if your interested I'll sell you the one I have $ 115

AoA also carries the eaglevision rings as well now. If you are willing to wait for the shipping from the UK you will sake about 10 or so dollars depending on where you live in the US. AoA has their 2 piece rings at $79 + shipping when you can get them shipped direct from the UK for around $75.00.

My shooting podna just received his no limits eagle mounts from the UK with the cant indicator option. They are very, very nice mounts! I think the makers name is Masoud. My spelling for names is terrible. Anyway puts my FX no limits mounts quality to shame. Also fx picatinny is availabe to order from Sweden.

Custom turret tapes are very good also. You can get one turret for every caliber you use and for different pellets.

I like the Optimizer, especially with a fixed power Tasco japan 36x. One thing is that if I man-handle it the mount seems to flex a tiny fraction, so probably not an ideal setup for precision work. But daling in the distance from 50 to 100 is very fast and repeatable. No issues with accuracy.
