Recently, I have trended toward purchasing the Element Optics Helix line of scopes. I now have several. I really like the reticle for airgun shooting. In my vault are a number of really good Hawke and Vortex scopes. and I like them all, but the Element series just seems to be perfect for airgunners.
Recently, I had one of them that didn't seem to be holding POI. After trying about everything I knew to do including cleaning the barrel, tightening stock, mount, and ring screws, etc., I changed to a competitor's scope, and all of the POI issues ceased.
I logged in on Element's website and filled out the warranty request late one evening. Within an hour or two, Shane was in touch with instructions. Today, only about a week later, a new scope arrive with no questions asked. Pretty hard to beat that kind of service and commitment.
