I recently needed to reach out to Element Optics warranty with a small issue with my Titan scope. With in a day I got a reply back from Shane Kellar. We exchanged emails couple of times then he provided me with his phone number for me to contact him as it’s easier to talk on the phone as well as a RMA number for the scope. After speaking to Shane about my scope’s issues he told me a new scope will be shipped out to me and just use the provided shipping label to return the scope that I’m having issue with. According to the warranty page of the manual all Element rifle scopes are covered by their PLATINUM LIFETIME WARRANTY. What ever they call it in my books it’s call BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE warranty. I was so impressed by this I purchased another Element Optics scope. The replacement Titan scope and the scope I purchase arrived today. Now I just have to decide which one of my rifle gets the Nexus.
