Element helix

I recently ran into some issues with my element optics helix ffp, i wasnt able to zero it for windage. 
When im trying to adjust windage i can clearly see that its not moving anymore, even though the wheel isnt maxed out and still clicking for adjustments but the cross hair isnt moving at all.

How can i confirm that i have a defective scope?

I had one out of several of these exact scopes that I had a. Issue with. Went to their on line site and filled out the customer service request form. Sent it back upon approval. Had a perfectly working scope back in less than 10 days total. Terrific service!

@bdzjlz i did the same thing, they gave me automated reply that someone will get back to me asap, its been 2 days, and nothing…..

I thought I had messed mine up but in reality, I was making a mistake anyway, I was given this number and got through hopefully it works for you.
