Yes, this was the rifle that belonged to Kdog, it's my understanding that only a handful of the single shots in .25 made it to the States.
Not all of the groups were as good as these, but even the "bad" ones were ~.55 - .70". The last one is the tightest I've shot with an airgun (or rimfire).
I think some pellet sizing & weight sorting could make these the norm- finding the favorite head size & using a TR Robb sizer to get them all the same tightened things up nicely with a Huntsman Regal HR .22 (that ended up in the trade package for the R5).
Not sure if it's bone stock or not, Kdog may have tuned it for the heavies. The few groups I shot with 25 grain pellets all hovered around an inch. Didn't run those over the chronograph, but suspect they're coming out too hot at the current settings.
Pretty sure he did adjust the trigger, & apparently we have the same taste in triggers. Fairly long first stage (which I like), nice firm second stage wall that breaks just under 2 lbs.
Think what I like most is how it handles when shooting standing offhand/sitting/kneeling. Was a bit frustrated with my first bullpup in that regard, but this one shoulders & hangs on target like I'm used to with more traditional sporter setups, without the length.
