Wow...........
My first air rifle was a Lelya 2, the little brother to the slightly longer Matador. It's been a bit over two years now.
I've had ZERO problems with it.
1 - NO air leaks.
2 - Yes the trigger is not Olympic quality, but there's MUCH worse on the market.
3 - Accuracy...I shoot off-hand, so no, I haven't shot any dime sized groups at 100 yards with it, BUT it will shoot a five round group into a 5/8" dia. dot on a piece of paper at 20 yards, in my 73 year old hands. So YES, it (the Lelya / Matador) WILL shoot very well
Check out some YouTube videos !
4 - Very comfortable at the shoulder.
5 - Yes, the cocking action is not one of it better claims to fame ! BUT...it's also not the gloom and doom as noted above either ! One of those things that you get used to pretty easily if you let yourself.
6 - The OEM magazines are plastic. But by design, they are very simple discs, no springs, no adjusting required.
I was actually looking at the same gun that you are looking at, but I like to stay with the .22 cal., which I think there is one of those too.
Again, go into YouTube and watch some videos. They will dispel some of the ugly noted above.
