Tuning Edgun Leshiy2 - tuning for shot count = eficiency

You can save me a lot of elbow greasing if you tell me your experience.

Right now the L2 350 in 22 is all stock, 992 fps out of box, and I am sure lot of air just wasted.

I only measured the jets and have not changed anything (0.3+0.5 but I can change on the fly).

Installed recently a 300 cc CF bottle filled to 300 bars. And I have the FX radar to help with calculations.

Right now I have couple tins of AA Field 16 grains to start with (but I have access to way heavier pellets as well but that comes next).

What Reg/speed gives you the most number of "decent" shots, considering the L2 is really just not for a Target scoring. (OK, yes, you can shoot ring targets but the scoring will fall behind for a margin vs dedicated target guns).

interested to see if somebody has done this.

side note on the aa diabolo field pellets, somebody was going to compare handloading accuracy, and i am interested in whether the thin skirt makes a difference.

the skirt is indeed easier to squish than an 18.13gr jsb pellets, so in theory or as suggested, there is potential for "more expansion to engage the rifling" than other diabolos, and one might assume the pellet would need to be loaded into the barrel already when hit with that initial pulse of air. of course, that is a guess, and it is possible it expands anyway, and gets "squished" into the rifling. either way, this is what one looks like when i fished it from the duct seal.

air arms 16gr diabolo field through a .22 350mm repr w/mod50 silencer. 10 yds.

perhaps this is a choked barrel? i am not sure who made the barrel.

because i am shooting indoors at only 10 yards, both pellets make one hole and i cannot tell the difference without going to a range and shooting farther.
