Tuning Edgun leshiy classic

I use food-grade silicone oil on o-rings in my airguns.

CAUTION with SuperLube! They make several different SKUs and some are not as safe for airguns. Use #93003 or #92003

@mtnghost I’ve read about someone having issues with the Super Lube grease. I’m using a dielectric, food-grade, silicone lubricant. It’s a viscous oil, not grease. I haven’t had any issues using it on rifles that I shoot frequently. If you’re privy to some other info that may be specifically detrimental what I use please let me know. I’m no chemist but I didn’t see much in the Safety Data Sheet to be concerned about. https://www.super-lube.com/Content/Images/uploaded/documents/SDS/SDS_Super_Lube_O-Ring_Silicone_Lubricant-EN-sds.pdf

Reactivity is my main concern Am I missing something? I don’t want to mislead anyone.

I’m not a Super Lube spokesman’s or anything, just sharing what I use. I think that we should each make the most informed decisions when it comes to servicing and protecting our gear.

The only reason I posted that is because every so often someone starts a thread reporting about their rifle dieseling from using the wrong type of SuperLube (they make a wide variety of formulas). The 93003 SL has worked the best for me in terms of o-ring longevity, but that's just my 2 cents.

Could you guys recommend a video or breakdown of the o rings I'm new to this rebuild but want to do my own work any tips?

@RBD2 EDgun and EDgunWest have plenty of videos where they perform various maintenance, modification, and repair work. Here’s one on a fill port repair from EDgunWest’s channel.
