Anything's possible without a regulator however you will probably need to start at a lower starting fill pressure to avoid valve lock unless you install a very heavier hammer spring.

No pressure there before the hammer hits the valve, so must be your valve leaking, take it out and clean the valve and valve seat

You would have to reduce the size of the valve area and the flow - yes you would have more cc air available so shot count should be higher - if you could get the valve to self regulate from 300 down to 70 bar or so but I highly doubt you would get any useful shot string out of that

With such a small air tank, I'd think the power curve would be horrendous if unregulated. So much so that the shot count might be 1.

I believe the Russian website that sells the Akula moderator also makes a drop in kit to make the Leshiy unregulated.

I don't quite understand what you are saying, but yes the breech o-ring will wear down over time and you will feel and hear a blast from the air escaping when shots fired, I just changed mine after +5000 shots, no problem
But there should be no leak there between shots, if there is it's a valve problem and you will have to clean the valve and valve seat surface or change the valve if there is any damage to it
