Methinks all of the current Edguns we can get are now made in the USA - an operation the company set up after restrictions of Russian imports after the the invasion of the Ukraine. So less likely now to have Russian based holiday sales. 
So buyers need to count on whatever sales or discounts Edgun dealers will give. I believe that Airguns of Arizona is an Edgun dealer, and their recent (now concluded) Memorial Day sale was 10% off store-wide.
