I didn't do to well in this year's EBR, and well meaning I didn't make the finals. I could go on and on why I didn't do to well but no one wants to hear a grown man cry. I decided to make two targets to help me for next year's competition. I had a local business with a plasma cutter cut two set of holes in two metal plates.
The one on the right is the 8 ring and the one on the left is a 9 ring:
The tested the 9 ring at 20 yards and the only thing wrong is I should've used a metal beam instead of an aluminum. To test the aluminum, I hung it on a wire and hit with a hammer, and it did ring very loud but the faceplate rings louder. I also need to screw a 2x3 wood on to the faceplate to take away the ringing.
