Autodoc, the current Extreme Big Bore is the Custom .308 long range, was originally chambered for .45. The one coming in is used, the Guy actually wasn't sure if it's the .50 or the .72 either way I bought it. I'm Hopefully buying out his collection because of the sale 
The velocities do seem low but when you do the calculations for FPE you see the energy these create. The guy I bought the long range from said he found it shot best at 3400-3600psi and was averaging around 840fps with 156gr cast bullet. Said it could be cranked up to 4000psi as well.
He also said it shot best tethered and regulated. It has an external regulator.
There are some great videos out there. Mr. Hollow point has done extensive testing with the Extremes and has excellent data available.
