EaZy Trigger Fill for PCPs

Well, I told you I would report back if I had issues.

Noticed in the last few range outings, my EaZy fill trigger is leaking air from the foster male end when I open up the Yoke on my GW or 6.9L Tuxing tank. I I have swapped out different hoses and adapters to make sure it was the EZ fill which is leaking, and it is. I even removed the foster and replaced the Delrin white o-ring. Still leaking from the foster connection to the hose going to the GW.

I called UA ( where I bought it ) and Thaddeus referred me to EdGun. I then filled out a form to wait for a call back.

Q. Does anyone know if I send it back to EdGun, will he repair or replace? I do not want a rebuild kit and just want a replacement or it repaired. If not this thing is useless "As is." I love the device, and it was expensive but does save me air.

I can't say some of you didn't warn me.

p.s. If anyone on the thread would be willing to fix/rebuild or repair my device I would pay you for your time. PM if there is any interest.

Let me know please.
Thanks, Tom

Ok, have a good informational update from talking with Wyatt at Ed Gun West just now.

They will repair your eZaY trigger fill for approximately $30 bucks after 30 day warranty expires from UA. It’s worth it for me as I use it all the time to fill my PCPs And I do not want to rebuild or troubleshoot this any longer. Wyatt said the most common problem they see is that people leaving their EZ fill pressurized for several days under high pressure and ‘forgetting’ to bleed when using during a shooting session. He also said trying to find what/where the device is leaking is time consuming and not intuitive,

Process is simple:

1. Go to Edgunwest.com website
2. Select ‘More’ tab on top and select ‘Repairs’ on drop down menu
3. Fill out and submit easy repair form
4. ignore next screen asking for $300 prepayment for repair
5. You will get a confirmation of receipted repair form
6. use original EZ fill box ( if you kept it) and place original EZ fill in box with your name, phone number and email

Mail or UPS your package to California Address on the website.

That's a poor excuse. The EaZy Fill has no business being a component of high pressure if it cant handle the stress. Could you imagine draining your guns and tanks every few days to keep them from failing 👎

For what they charge for this, it should be built with something other then butter for internals.
The 30 day warranty speaks volumes, doesn't inspire much confidence. How many cc’s of air could possibly be lost with a reasonable length micro-bore line? It can’t be a lot…
