Early Sheridan Model C “Silver Streak” I Think Made in 1953 or 1954

Had some time to take some pictures today of my Sheridan Model C “Silver Streak” - no serial number, the rear sight is soldered on and screws hold the trigger guard in place.

I never gave much thought as to how old it actually is until my boys started asking. I always told them sometime between 1952 & 1963.

Digging into the internet, some of the information I have come across indicates may have been produced in either 1953 or 1954.

However, I am no expert on how to pinpoint if this is correct.

I forgot to add it still holds air for days and is strong shooter.

Thank you for the kind words, this one was and still is seldom shot, mostly due to the fact it has remained in great condition for over 60 years. This was my Grandfather's (Dad's side) weapon of choice for pest control many years ago. He passed away in 1979.

To my knowledge it has never been opened up, all I do is give it a couple of drops of pelgun oil and leave it with a couple of pumps its case.

Will take it out this weekend to look for a squirrel or two.
